b. License
JoJo Collab grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for your intended purposes, subject to the payment of all applicable fees.

5. Payment Terms
All fees for our services will be outlined in your service agreement. Payments are due according to the terms specified therein. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the services. This obligation shall survive the termination of this agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JoJo Collab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to use them. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services in question.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement and fails to cure such breach within 30 days of receipt of notice. Upon termination, you will remain responsible for payment for all services performed prior to termination.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10. Changes to Terms
JoJo Collab reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
