Before Work Commences: If you cancel before any work has begun, a full refund of any deposits will be issued.
After Work Commences: If you cancel after work has started, you will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date, and any remaining balance will be refunded.

c. JoJo Collab-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any project if:

You fail to provide necessary information or approvals in a timely manner.
There is a breach of the terms outlined in our service agreement.
In such cases, you will be notified, and any fees for completed work will be calculated and billed accordingly.
